Season two news roundup

- Joss is “desperate” to keep Amy Acker on Dollhouse as Doc Saunders, says Entertainment Weekly. Since the pilot to “Happy Town” is not entirely great, we support this.

- Eliza says the series regular cast should be back for season two, according to TV Guide. Still waiting for confirmation on this.

- Dollhouse began in the UK on Sci-Fi UK. Tuesday nights at 9pm.

- Writers room opening back up for Dollhouse. Woo!

- “We believe in Joss”, say FOX execs.

- Episode 13 actress Felicia Day gives EW an interview where she talks about the ‘Epitaph One won’t air’ tweet which ended up everywhere. She also gives a description of her character in the episode, which I revealed a few weeks ago.

- I’m told the 13 episode order for season two is expandable. So if the network likes what it sees, they can order more episodes for the second season.

Okay, can someone seriously explain the “First” thing to me? Like, really? Who cares if you were the first one to read this.

  4. Kegan Mahon says:

No need to get snippy, #2. I happened to be bored at the time, and I was also a little surprised no one had commented yet, given when it was written.

Seriously, who cares if you bothered reading this at all?

As for anonymous, I agree. I loved Whiskey, personally.

Does Miracle count as “regular cast”? It seemed like she was on more than Harry Lennix, but she was only credited per-episode.

  6. Kevin says:

I think Miracle was reoccuring rather than regular before.

miracle isn t a doll anymore. we won t see her in next season. i hope im wrong. i really hope happy town to be a total flop (not difficoult, i saw the prewies and it sucks), so we will see more whiskey. and yes, i want a season longer 22 episode!!!

It's great that DH will have an S2. Hopefully, the will be able to bring back Miracle Laurie and Amy Acker too. Hey, anything is possible in the Dollverse.
