The episode is called “Omega” and it’s written and directed by Tim Minear, of Firefly fame. It’s also the best episode of the season.

  1. Nickolz says:

Around the 21 second of the video, there’s a message saying “MERGING IMPRINTS”. Does that mean Alpha will force Echo to composite? Or was it just when he was downloading all of her imprints?

  2. stephanie says:

Tim also wrote for Buffy & Angel. One of the best Angel episodes, in fact: Sanctuary, co-written with Joss.

  3. Heather says:

Oh shit. Alpha just kidnapped a girl and imprinted her with Caroline.

  4. Heather says:

    And what’s a wedge?

  5. Heather says:

Oh, hilarious. Ballard thinks he’s going to get out of there.

  6. Kevin says:

steph, Tim didn’t write for Buffy. He did make Angel awesome, however, writing like a third of season two of that show for example.

  7. saturnangel587 says:

I think the wedges are the various characteristics? Because the Dolls are imprinted with behaviors, traits and memories of many different people… Then again, “wedges” could also mean “batteries”. XD

I also had a brief lapse into old-school My Chemical Romance quotes (if you’ve ever heard the WSOU interview, you know what I mean), but that’s a completely different fandom there…
